14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can start a return through your customer account or contact us at support@playazclub.dk within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Clothing may be tried on, as you would in a physical store, but it must not be washed, worn, or damaged. Any labels/tags must still be attached.
Once we have received the returned item, or you have provided documentation that the item has been shipped back, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend sending your package with tracking, as you are responsible for the item until we have received it.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or another product, please contact us at support@playazclub.dk, and we will help you find the right solution.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount can be returned under the same conditions as regular purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@playazclub.dk.
Please include photos and a description of the issue so we can quickly help you find a solution. If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable regulations.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned item, or you have provided documentation that the item has been shipped back, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days.
The money will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time before the amount appears in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
